Addition of seasoned IT leader underscores company’s commitment to empowering and engaging employees and enhancing customer engagement
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – June 12, 2024 – Holley Performance Brands (NYSE: HLLY), a leader in automotive aftermarket performance solutions, today announced Charan Mann has joined the organization as Chief Information Officer. Mann is the latest addition to the Holley leadership team as the company continues to invest to enhance the employee experience and drive increased engagement with distribution partners and consumers.
In her new position, Mann will oversee the direction of the Holley Performance Brands information technology (IT) strategy. She will develop and execute a technology roadmap grounded in industry best practices and leverage innovative technologies to elevate the online experience for Holley’s retailer and distributor network and the wide variety of enthusiasts the company serves.

Mann brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT management to Holley. In her most recent role at OneAmerica, she led IT Operational Excellence across all IT disciplines. She also served as Vice President of the Project Management Office (PMO), where she spearheaded the organization’s agile transformation and worked as Managing Director of Application Management Support. Before OneAmerica, she held various leadership positions at Zeta Interactive, Selligent, and Cummins, consistently focusing on building the core operational strengths essential for organizational success.
