Pickup trucks have become a staple of the American family, and we’d wager that 90% of the people reading this right now have one in their driveway.
Today, many of those would be extended or “crew” cabs that hold extra passengers as well as cargo, but regular cab trucks are all around us, too; we see them on construction sites, making deliveries, hauling tools, or maybe with grandpa behind the wheel going to get coffee in the morning. They rarely find themselves on a drag strip, though, but when they do, a regular cab is the way to go. Not just for the weight, but there’s just something about the look of a low slung single cab pickup with a wing and sticky tires out back.
