While Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio will not be open this year because of the global pandemic, it will be open next year.
Plenty of planning is underway, and racers, race fans, supporters and sponsors can expect the park to use its passion and pride to resiliently rebound.
The powerful cars, pyrotechnics, the park’s patriotism and its pledge to continue to present electrifying entertainment will return, and because the park is eager to show appreciation for the steadfast support it has received amid the global pandemic, it’s announcing the affectionately-named Summit Motorsports Park Patriot Pass.
“The proud men and women who stand ready to defend God and country against enemies or detractors are known as patriots,” said Bill Bader Jr., Summit Motorsports Park president, about the inspiration behind calling the park’s first-ever season pass the Summit Motorsports Park Patriot Pass.
In addition to general admission access to any event at America’s Racetrack in 2021, pass holders will be welcomed at a no-wait entrance.
The passes, valued at $1,140, cost just $299 each, and will be released in a limited quantity. They’re non-transferrable, and cannot be used toward a car and driver entry. Pass holders should be prepared to show photo identification upon entry.
“On July 4th, America celebrates what unites us, and that is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” said Bader Jr. “Let us kindle the spirit of resilience and freedom across the nation. May this Independence Day bring you pride and joy in our country. In God We Trust!”
