What does it take to lay tons of horsepower down the eighth mile on small tires, in street trim? Ontario Grudge Wars (OGW) is hosting events to show case the quickest small tire street car type drag racing Ontario has to offer.
Backed by full list of sponsors including RPM Magazine, Ontario Grudge Wars hits the track 3 times per season and partners with support to other area Outlaw Street type associations. Stemming from the original small tire events of the Sparta Small Tire Shootout, OGW is continuing with original rule set, the original venue and the overall original way the events are run. From the No Time qualifiers and eliminations to the hat drawn ladder format, OGW and our racers are leaders in grudge style racing north of the boarder. Partnering with the likes of Buffalo Street Outlaws, Northern Racing Unlimited and Quebec Grudge Wars has helped to bring to light the growing popularity of small tire shootout style racing in Ontario and surrounding areas and we are proud to support those other Associations and their signature events for 2017!
For the first time since the small tire shootout based races started at Sparta (St. Thomas Dragway) OGW is bringing some major backing and some huge cash payouts to the events! With help from industry partners and a growing following OGW’s signature race being held during the July 28-30 Smackdown event will see $20,000 in payouts handed out to two classes of racing!
