The colder season is beginning to settle in and for some that means great racing. For others, that means putting away the race car or tearing it down and rebuilding it into something faster. Check out what the November issue of RPM Magazine has to offer with Matt Farmer’s Mustang, Andy Holleman’s Nova, Bobby Harris’s Sierra and a Reprint from the Covid days when we were not printing just in case you wanted it in print – John Reed’s Challenger.
FEATURE CAR – OOGIE BOOGIE – 4 Eyes are better than 2! Anything but icky, Matt Farmer’s Mustang might just make you green with envy! Despite a last name that might insinuate he’s riding a tractor and managing crops, Matt Farmer is a residential and commercial remodeler and entrepreneur based in Barnhart, Missouri.
HIS FATHER’S FIRST NOVA – When Andy Holleman had a chance to purchase the first Nova his father ever built, he jumped at the opportunity…His father finished it when Andy was just four years old and eventually sold it to a customer who continued to have the Hollemans service it.
TRENDING SIERRA – Bobby Harris’ GMC Sierra is ready to rock and rumble! Influenced by his father and his uncle, Harris found a hobby in hot rods and his first car was a ponycar, a 1985 Chevy Camaro. Later, after tinkering around with the ever-popular Fox-body and SN95 Mustangs for a while, he decided he wanted to do something different.
RPM REPRINT – CHALLENGING TIMES – This blown small tire Challenger takes on all comers! Back in 2010, Neward, Delware’s John Reed bought a pristine 2009 Challenger with just 7500 miles on it from a local Dodge dealer. His plans were to bolt on a few goodies and street drive it, yeah, sure! How did that work out for you John?
