City of Industry, CA (August 1, 2022) – Seibon Carbon – Anderson Composites has announced expansion of its corporate facilities located in City of Industry, California. The 13,000 square foot expansion will accommodate the company’s growing carbon fiber composite business for the automotive aftermarket as well as its private label programs. The new location is conveniently located next door to the current corporate headquarters which was established in 2003.
“This addition also assists our Research and Development team with product design and test fitting purposes”, states Zach Bohn, Anderson Composites brand manager. The current 40,000 square foot building has approximately 3,000 square feet of shop area and remainder of space for warehouse and corporate offices. The existing shop area also has two car lifts and can be challenging with vehicle scheduling and orientation.
The added square footage will increase warehouse space substantially and help provide smoother operations for our shipping and packaging team. Automotive body panels require large amounts of space and this addition assists with product storage as well as logistics. The new facility features a loading dock and an additional roll-up door. The warehouse was designed with high ceilings for easy truck access and storage rack construction.
As a company, this investment made the most sense due to our overwhelming growth in the past seven years.
