Summit Racing™ Performance Turbochargers

Summit Racing™ Mechanical Wastegates
These diaphragm-style wastegates have a cast stainless steel base and a 6061 aluminum top cap for durability and corrosion resistance, which is vital given the wastegate’s proximity to exhaust gasses and intense heat cycling. The 44mm wastegate comes with swappable 7mm PSI and 14 PSI springs. The 50mm wastegate has the same size springs and has a 12 PSI spring already installed.
Summit Racing™ Pro Mechanical Wastegates
Our Pro Wastegates have the same cast stainless steel and aluminum construction as the standard wastegates, but have a two-piece piston with a 150 PSI of dome pressure. They come with 5 PSI, 7 PSI, and 14 PSI springs that can be stacked for high-boost systems. They are available in 45mm and 60mm exhaust flange sizes.
Summit Racing™ 50MM Blow-Off Valves
These Blow-Off Valves take the load off your turbocharger when the throttle is suddenly closed, preventing damage to both the turbo and your engine. The machined aluminum valves are adjustable from 0 to 50 PSI.
The Performance Blow-Off Valve comes with 10 to 14 inHg and 18 to 22 inHg springs, vacuum fittings, an aluminum weld flange, and a V-band assembly.
The Pro Blow-Off Valve has a two-piece billet aluminum dome, 1/8 inch NPT upper boost reference ports, and a 1/16 inch bottom boost reference port. It also has extra-thick weld-on flanges to prevent warpage. The Pro Blow-Off Valve comes with 4 inHg, 6 inHg, and 10 inHg springs and a V-band assembly.
Summit Racing™ Turbo Hot Side Fabrication Kits
Our Turbo Hot Side Fabrication Kits take some of the effort out of building the hot side of the system from the header or manifold outlet to the turbine inlet flange. The universal-fit kits come with 2.5 inch stainless steel tubing bends, flange(s), bung, and fitting. They’re available for single T4 and T6 turbos and dual T4 turbos.
