The USMA Government Affairs Team is working with Pennsylvania State House Representative Dave Maloney, Chairman of the PA Motorsports Caucus, to build public support for PA House Bill 2489. This bill will authorize outdoor recreational activities including motorsports facilities to reopen immediately under certain recommended CDC Guidelines and social distancing.

This legislation has been referred to the PA State Government Committee. This is an excellent step towards the resumption of racing.
