RPM MAGAZINE GOES FULL GLOSS
FOR 2009!
November 24, 2008
Just as the RPM MAGAZINE TEAM are capping off an exciting 2008 season with their final (December) issue, they are gearing-up for yet another first in the world of print media surrounding this area of motorsports.
The Management and Staff at RPM Magazine are proud to announce that RPM Magazine will become a full gloss publication starting with the first issue of 2009!
This exciting move makes another first for RPM who has become well know for being trend setters within their market. "We innovate, not imitate," said RPM Editor, Chris Biro. "Aside from some quality series-oriented magazines we were the first publication ever to take on this world of Fast Doorslammer and Outlaw Drag Racing and we will now be the first and only full gloss, stand-alone publication within it. We commit to this part of the industry 100% and always will."
"We were also leaders in bringing this coverage outside the borders of the USA and Canada, into so many new lands around the world, and often bringing their form of racing to you! Not to mention RPM is the only magazine offered on select newsstands in two of those countries. RPM was also the first ever "Real-Time format magazine", actually coining the phrase, and the innovators in giving the grassroots of this sport the coverage they deserve and need, not just the big names, but everyone."
Biro continues, "Heck yeah I am tooting our own horn. We pride ourselves on being a professional team here, and I must say I am very proud of them all, every one of them, for helping make this dream become a reality! And with our upcoming Anniversary in 2009, RPM is now ten years strong!" www.rpm-mag.com
"It was only a matter of time", a leading print industry spokesperson and print coordinator for RPM exclaimed this past week. "RPM Magazine had reached the highest level of quality possible for a newsprint publication and this was the only logical next step for them to take. Their product is top-shelf and demands the quality that only a full gloss format can bring to their market."
RPM Magazine is the only magazine with no series affiliation to be presented in a full gloss format and with tens of thousands of readers monthly in 17 countries the move is expected to be well received by the industry worldwide.
Watch for the first full gloss issue of RPM Magazine (February 2009) in your mailbox by late January!
"Oh yes, I wanted to add this!" Biro exclaims, "2009 marks our 10th Anniversary and we are not done with the excitement just yet! Keep your eyes on RPM Magazine as we enter 2009 wide open throttle!" |
